Care Instructions

For Sterling Silver Jewelry

Remove before swimming, showering, or applying lotions/perfumes. Exposure to chlorine, saltwater, or harsh chemicals can cause tarnishing.

Gently polish with a microfiber cloth or sterling silver polishing cloth. For deeper cleaning, use lukewarm water, mild soap, and a soft toothbrush, and dry immediately.

Store in an anti-tarnish pouch or airtight container to slow oxidation. Keep separate from other jewelry to prevent scratches.

For Gold-Plated Jewelry

Remove during physical activities (gym, cleaning, etc.) to avoid scratching the plating. Avoid contact with abrasive fabrics or surfaces.

Wipe gently with a dry, soft cloth after each wear. Do not use chemical cleaners or ultrasonic machines as they can strip
the gold layer.

Store in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box
to prevent friction. Keep away from humidity and direct sunlight.

Avoid:

Warranty

Zedarii Jewelry offers a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, including premature tarnishing, loose stones, or structural flaws like broken clasps. This warranty excludes damage from accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear or loss and theft. To claim, email hello@zedarii.comwith your order number, photos, and a description of the issue for review. Repairs, replacements, or refunds will be provided for eligible cases.
