Shipping Delays

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

Damaged/Defective Items: Report issues within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages: Contact us if tracking shows your package as "delivered" but you haven’t received it. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day Return Policy! Notify us within 5 days of delivery if you’re unsatisfied with your product.
